Complete Edge Finishing
To help finish the look of a project, we at Hunt Lasercut offer an edge finish for certain types of metal, including:
- Mild Steel — a smooth edge up to 12mm thick. Some edge surface roughness made be evident in thicker steel depending on the grade of the material
- Stainless Steel — bright, oxide-free edge
- Aluminium — bright, oxide-free edge. There can be a slight, hard burr on the underside of aluminium over 4mm thick
Rotary Axis Capacity
Our rotary axis machines can handle different load capacities, depending on what you are looking for. They can handle:
- Maximum pipe diameter from 15mm to 315mm
- Maximum RHS size is 200mm x 200mm
- Maximum feedthrough size is 155mm
- Maximum processing length is 2100mm
